On July 4th, 2001, April Gay Brown was last seen leaving her residence in Mooringsport, Louisiana. She left two sons behind and has not been seen or heard from since. April Gay Brown seems to have“vanished”.

On September 14, 1993, the body of Cindy Dale Cathey was discovered at the end of Wallace Lake Road. Cindy Dale Cathey died as a result of homicidal violence.

On July 17, 1999, the body of Johnny Broadway was discovered on a levee behind the 600 block of Aero Drive in Shreveport, Louisiana. Johnny Broadway died as a result of homicidal violence.

On March 27, 1991, Luther Meshell, who was wheelchair-bound, was found murdered in his apartment located in the 1600 block of Michel Street in Shreveport, Louisiana. Who killed Luther Meshell and why?

Mutrice Germany • 22 year old male
On January 23, 1994, Mutrice Germany was brutally murdered in the 1500 block of Texas Street in Shreveport, Louisiana. His assailant fled the scene in a 1987 burgundy Oldsmobile.

Roderick Simmons • 23 year old black male
On September 24, 1999, Robert Simmons was reported missing. Two months later, his skeletal remains were discovered by hunters near a power line in the right of way in the 7500 block of Jefferson Paige Road in Caddo Parish.

Sharon Glover • 27 year old black female
On November 14, 1993, Sharon Glover was found in a ditch on Mount Olive Church Road in Caddo Parish. Sharon Glover died as a result of homicidal violence.

Harold Bruce Cotton • 52 year old black male
On February 29, 2004, Harold Bruce Cotton, was found murdered in the back seat of his car located on White Springs Road on the Caddo and Desoto Parish Line.

Robert Gene Jones • 48 year old black male
On December 11, 2002, Robert Gene Jones was discovered murdered in the bedroom of his residence on Buncombe Road in Bethany, Louisiana. Investigators believe robbery may have been the motive for this homicide.

15-25 year old black male
On June 1, 1991, skeletal remains were found at the dead end of Clyde Fant Parkway on the Red River Bank in Caddo Parish. The body is believed to be that of a 15-25 year old black male, approximately 5’ 5” tall and approximately 130 to 150 lbs. This person died as the result of homicidal violence.

Catherine Denise Holmes
On March 30, 2017, at about 4:25 pm the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to 7559 Dixie-Blanchard for a civil matter/argument between Patrick Holmes and his sister, Catherine Holmes. This was the last time Catherine was seen alive.
At about 10:05 pm, Deputies were dispatched to the house for a welfare concern to check on the well being of Catherine. At about 10:25 pm, Catherine’s body was discovered in a well on the property. This investigation was determined to be a homicide.

On January 27, 2020, James McCathran reported his wife Dorthy Allen Yates McCathran missing. Dorthy was last seen at her residence, 10724 Vivian Airport Road in Vivian, Louisiana, the morning of Tuesday, January 21, 2020. James returned home later in the afternoon to find Dorthy was gone/missing.

Reported missing on 11/27/18 by her mother, Melody Beal. Crystal was transported to Caddo Correctional Center from West Memphis, Arkansas, on 08/06/18 for an active bench warrant. She bonded out that night and was last seen and heard from on 08/08/2018.

Reported missing on 07/23/2020 by his mother Connie Taylor. Jesse was released from Claiborne Parish Detention Center on 07/10/2020 and was last seen by family in the Barron Rd . area on 07/18/2020. During the investigation we learned Jesse was last seen in the Bossier City area on 08/19/2020.
